Qualifications:
- PE Certification (preferred Florida)
- Vissum, TransCAD, CUBE, ArcGIS, SignCAD, Synchro/SimTraffic, Microstation & Vissim
- Experience related to: Traffic Impact Studies, Signal & Design, Traffic Data Collection & Signal Timing
- Knowledge of FDOT design standards & guidelines
