As a Transportation Group Leader, you will oversee and lead a team of transportation engineers and professionals in the successful execution of transportation projects. You will play a pivotal role in managing project delivery, fostering client relationships, and driving the growth and development of the transportation group within the company.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of transportation engineers and professionals to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations.
- Manage transportation projects from inception to completion, including planning, design, and construction phases.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in transportation engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Foster strong client relationships by actively engaging with clients, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional service.
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the preparation of proposals and presentations.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in transportation engineering, with a focus on highway, roadway, or transit projects.
- Proven experience in leading and managing transportation projects, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in transportation engineering software and tools.
