- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive transportation plans and strategies.
- Analyze transportation data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Assist in the development of transportation policies, guidelines, and regulations.
- Create and review transportation models to assess traffic flow, congestion, and safety.
- Provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements and alternative transportation modes.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate transportation findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. AICP Certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of transportation modeling software, such as Synchro, TransCAD, or VISSIM.
- Familiarity with transportation regulations, policies, and standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
