Job Description:
As a Transportation Seller-Doer, you will be a key player in our client's business development efforts, actively cultivating and managing client relationships while also contributing to project success. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can both sell their transportation services and effectively oversee project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the transportation sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including RFPs and RFQs.
- Lead and participate in proposal development and presentation efforts.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of transportation projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to meet client expectations.
- Contribute to the development of transportation strategies and innovative solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 8+ years of experience in transportation engineering.
- Proven track record in business development and client management.
- Strong technical knowledge in transportation engineering and project management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of industry software and tools (AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
