Salary: $100,000- $200,000 + Bonus(s)

Experience Needed:
- Heavy Civil Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing complex heavy civil projects, including roads, bridges, dams, and infrastructure.
- Multi-Location Experience: Strong background in overseeing projects across different states and regions of the USA.
- Budget and Resource Management: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize project costs.
- Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations to ensure project compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Proficiency in implementing quality control processes that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including working with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to adapt to different project environments and travel extensively.
- Valid driver's license.
