Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Scheduling materials with purchasing agent, and examining them to make sure that they not only conform with provisions of plans and specifications but also minimize its cost.
- Communicating daily with the superintendent of any changes in field that will delay the project schedule. Direct crew to their respective duties and make sure they have the appropriate training and tools so that they can execute their jobs accurately.
- Meeting company compliance reporting requirements including accident and incident reports, weekly tailgate meetings, site inspections and daily timekeeping requirements.
Making sure regulatory needs and safety measures are maintained.
- Assessing the fastest and easiest way to complete a job without sacrificing quality of the work being done.
