The position/Responsibilities
* Develop new client relationships and nurture existing client relationships in both litigation and insurance fields.
* Provide leadership, direction and coordination to technical project teams.
* Collaborate with in-house multidisciplinary staff.
* Provide litigation support including expert testimony.
* Investigate structural failures, deterioration and other structural performance issues, and design solutions.
* Manage project budgets, schedules and staffing.
* Provide financial oversight of projects. Qualifications
* MS degree in Engineering.
* P.E license.
* 10+ years of relevant experience in performance/forensic engineering. Experience in renovation, restoration, and adaptive re-use of structures a plus.
* Strong client management skills and business development experience.
* Knowledge of field investigation methods and scientific principles of building and glass performance.
* Experience in managing financial and technical aspects of projects and staff.
* Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Previous expert testimony experience.
