Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration between departments.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of project managers, superintendents, and operational staff, providing guidance and support to foster individual and team excellence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior leadership role within the construction industry, must have a focus on general contracting.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.
