- Technical, water resources, and civil engineering design and Project Management.
- Perform technical engineering work associated with water resources, GSI Design, and/or land or site development:
- Green stormwater infrastructure design
- Stormwater management design, erosion & sediment control design;
- Engineering calculations and H&H models
- Site grading;
- Turning analyses;
- Preparation of record and construction plans for agency/municipal review;
- Preparation of permit submissions;
- Attendance at meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
- P.E. required (Pennsylvania preferred)
- 7 or more years of experience in land development, civil-site engineering and green stormwater infrastructure design (preferred experience in Philadelphia and surrounding counties)
- Knowledge of green infrastructure practices
- Experience with AutoCAD required - familiarity with Civil 3D a plus
- Experience with HydroCAD or other stormwater modeling software
- Familiarity with ArcGIS software a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Candidate should be a critical thinker, be willing to learn through trial and error, be self-motivated and willing to put the full effort towards the task at hand
