Architectural Staff
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Staff member to join our dynamic team. Our client is a very reputable architecture firm known for their commitment to the community and their sustainability focus. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in architecture and a passion for design excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural designs and construction documents.
- Collaborate with project teams on design development, detailing, and documentation.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and coordination with consultants.
- Support project delivery from concept through construction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD is highly desirable.
- Strong design, graphic, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, etc.).
- Familiarity with building codes and construction documentation.
- LEED accreditation or interest in sustainable design is a plus.
