About the Role
We are seeking an experienced DeltaV Project Manager to lead and deliver automation projects within the life sciences industry. This role offers significant growth potential, including the opportunity to advance into a Program Manager position.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing DeltaV projects, with a solid understanding of the system's scope and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers. Experience in DeltaV programming is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead DeltaV automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements and ensure technical needs are met.
- Budgeting & Financials: Manage project budgets, P&L, and financial reporting.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Travel:
- Phase 1: 50% travel to Indiana
- Phase 2: 25% travel
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in automation or control systems.
- Proven experience managing DeltaV automation projects in the life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of DeltaV systems and ability to discuss technical requirements with engineers.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- DeltaV programming experience is a plus.
