Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 (based on experience) + overtime pay

Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong foundation in geotechnical engineering and trenchless design. This is a niche field, and while prior trenchless experience is ideal, we are willing to train the right candidate. The role involves managing multiple projects, supporting technical design, and serving as a trusted client contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and trenchless design projects.
- Oversee geotechnical exploration programs and interpret data.
- Prepare proposals, technical reports, and deliverables.
- Perform engineering calculations for trenchless designs.
- Manage project activities to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide guidance to junior staff (informal leadership, not a formal managerial role).
- Communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-10 years preferred (minimum 3-4 years with PE license).
- Technical Background: Geotechnical engineering with exposure to construction inspection, HDD, or trenchless methods.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills; ability to manage 3-8 projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed (field visits, client meetings).
Compensation & Benefits
