About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead landscape architecture projects within our integrated team of engineers, planners, and construction managers. Based in our Denver office, this role offers the opportunity to shape the built environment across the Front Range and beyond, with a focus on development-driven projects that blend creativity, functionality, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept through construction.
- Coordinate with internal disciplines (civil, structural, planning, CM) and external stakeholders.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and design culture.
- Engage with clients, municipalities, and community groups to guide project vision and approvals.
- Prepare and present design packages, construction documents, and specifications.
- Stay current with local codes, zoning regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Professional licensure (PLA) in Colorado
- 6+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with at least 2 years in a PM role.
- Strong portfolio of development-focused work (e.g., residential communities, commercial sites, urban infill).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Land F/X; experience with Civil 3D and SketchUp a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment.
