💰 Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 + Bonus Opportunities
We're seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead civil land development projects from conception through completion. This senior-level role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in horizontal construction, technical leadership, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects including erosion control, earthwork, utilities, concrete, asphalt, landscaping, and irrigation.
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications; perform constructability and value engineering reviews.
- Prepare and oversee budgets, schedules, estimates, and bid documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, owners, agencies, and stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Lead construction meetings, review payment applications, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Conduct punchlist walks and support project closeout and jurisdictional acceptance.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of experience in civil land development construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, estimating, scheduling, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Office Suite, and construction management software (Procore preferred).
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D, and AGTEK is a plus.
- PMP certification is a bonus.
- Valid driver's license required.
Work Environment
- In-person role based in Littleton, CO.
- Includes office work and regular site visits.
- Must be able to navigate active construction sites and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
