The company is seeking a Quality Director to lead QA/QC efforts a key project that the company is managing. This role will oversee quality from preconstruction through to final delivery, ensuring excellence in execution and alignment with the company's people-first culture.
Key responsibilities of the Quality Director include:
- Develop and implement a project-specific Construction Quality Management Plan.
- Participate in pre-buyout meetings and collaborate with manufacturers to validate building system details.
- Lead Procore implementation for quality tracking and documentation.
- Review scopes and qualifications; engage with owners and architects.
- Conduct and manage quality meetings with minimal support, referencing drawings and issuing minutes.
- Ensure execution of quality standards across envelope, concrete, glazing, window systems, showers, and interior finishes.
Key requirements of the Quality Director include:
- 8+ years in Quality Management within vertical construction large scale projects.
- Have a track record of successfully implementing QA/ QC processes into commercial, residential, or multifamily developments.
- Have a strong understanding of envelope systems, glazing, concrete and interior finishes.
- Soft Skills:
