In this role, you will lead field operations for cutting‑edge commercial builds, collaborating closely with project managers, general contractors, and client teams. You'll be at the forefront of mission-critical infrastructure shaping the future of healthcare and hyperscale data operations.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of electrical construction experience
Proven track record delivering $20M+ commercial projects
Experience in healthcare, hospital, or major medical facilities
Strong leadership managing field teams, subcontractors, and schedules
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical plans and specifications
