About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead complex commercial litigation support engagements. This position involves overseeing forensic accounting investigations, financial modeling, and damages quantification for high-stakes disputes. You will work closely with legal teams and clients with the long term opporutnity of providing expert testimony in litigation and arbitration settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct forensic accounting investigations and financial analyses for litigation matters
- Develop and validate advanced financial models to quantify damages
- Prepare expert reports and deliver testimony in depositions and trials
- Conduct valuations for disputes involving M&A, intellectual property, and shareholder conflicts
- Analyze wage and economic loss data for employment-related cases
- Advise on financial implications of fraud, contract breaches, and competitive interference
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced credentials (CPA, CFF, ABV) preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in forensic accounting, commercial litigation, or valuation support
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and damages quantification
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines
