What You'll Do
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers and project managers
- Oversee planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Support business development and strategic growth initiatives
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure
- PE license in Minnesota
- Proven leadership in project delivery and team management
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent
