  • Experience supporting large capital projects, EPC contracts, or utility infrastructure programs.
  • Familiarity with electromagnetic transient (EMT) studies and related simulation tools such as PSCAD, EMTP, RSCAD, or similar software is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated project management, organizational, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Power system modeling and simulation.
  • Advanced transmission technologies including dynamic reactive power compensation systems.
  • Vendor management and equipment procurement processes.
  • High-voltage substation engineering and commissioning activities.
  • Asset management, reliability engineering, or lifecycle planning for utility infrastructure.

Work Environment

This position combines office-based engineering work with periodic field visits to transmission and substation facilities. Limited travel may be required to support project activities, equipment testing, supplier coordination, and site commissioning efforts.
