Responsibilities
- Manage land development projects from planning through construction
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Support and mentor junior staff
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation
Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida or ability to obtain quickly
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development
- Proficient in site design, grading, stormwater management, and permitting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools
