About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a premier Texas-based general contractor renowned for delivering complex, large-scale mission-critical facilities across the region. With a robust pipeline of hyperscale data center campuses underway in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, our client is seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead multiple concurrent developments from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

As Project Executive, you will serve as the strategic leader across multiple hyperscale data center projects, ensuring alignment between client expectations, internal teams, and field operations. Your role will encompass:

• Project Leadership & Oversight

  • Direct and oversee all phases of construction across multiple campuses, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality targets are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Team Management

  • Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and support staff across multiple sites.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including estimating, preconstruction, safety, and procurement to ensure seamless execution.

• Financial & Contractual Stewardship

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Negotiate and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Strategic Planning

  • Drive project strategy, risk mitigation, and resource allocation across concurrent developments.
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to long-term client growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale, mission-critical or data center projects.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously, ideally within the hyperscale or high-tech infrastructure space.
• Strong understanding of ground-up construction, MEP systems, and fast-track delivery methods.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
