Regional Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong regional relationships with key account stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global account strategies.
- Develop and execute regional account plans, identifying opportunities for product adoption and revenue growth.
- Serve as the main regional contact for global accounts, collaborating closely with the Global Key Account Manager on strategy and customer engagements.
- Coordinate accurate sales forecasting and support supply chain, operations, and order fulfilment to ensure timely product delivery.
- Support local contract negotiations and maintain comprehensive CRM documentation across accounts.
- Capture voice‑of‑customer insights and monitor market trends to inform product and strategic decisions.
- Work cross‑functionally with sales, customer service, operations, and product teams to deliver unified account support.
- Organize customer visits, reporting, and regional marketing or engagement activities.
- Support payment collections and resolve outstanding issues with regional finance teams.
- Develop regional leverage‑sales channels for assigned OEM accounts, ensuring effective distribution and channel performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (MBA a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of sales or account‑management experience, including managing complex regional or global accounts.
- Strong knowledge of integrated solutions (HVAC, modular systems, sustainability, digital platforms).
- Proficient in CRM and product/configuration tools; forecasting and planning experience preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and organizational discipline.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and senior stakeholder‑management skills.
- Effective cross‑functional leadership with strong process orientation.
- Able to operate in dynamic, fast‑paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
