Senior Environmental Engineer/Geologist | Project Manager

A growing environmental consulting firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex remediation and environmental compliance projects across Texas and the Gulf Coast region. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected team that combines technical excellence with a collaborative, people-first culture.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in environmental consulting, project management, client engagement, and remediation strategy. You'll have the opportunity to lead high-profile projects, mentor technical staff, and play a key role in delivering solutions for industrial, commercial, energy, and development clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage complex environmental remediation, site investigation, and regulatory compliance projects from proposal through completion.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical staff, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans while ensuring quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for continued support.
  • Navigate environmental regulations and oversee interactions with regulatory agencies.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior and mid-level staff while supporting team growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of environmental consulting experience, including project management responsibilities.
  • Experience managing remediation, site investigation, and environmental compliance projects.
  • Strong understanding of Texas environmental regulations and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Professional registration (PG, PE, or similar) is a plus but not required.
