The Opportunity
As a Site Development Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of site development activities across multiple residential development projects. Working closely with internal engineering, construction, development, surveying, and operations teams, you will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with approved plans and regulatory requirements.
This position offers exposure to the full development lifecycle and provides a clear pathway for growth within a rapidly expanding organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage site development activities across multiple active projects.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, surveying, and development teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and critical path activities.
Support field teams with technical and construction-related challenges.
Liaise with municipal authorities, utility providers, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
Coordinate inspections, permitting requirements, and project closeout activities.
Maintain project records, drawings, reports, submittals, and construction documentation.
Track survey requirements including foundation, utility, drainage, and final as-built surveys.
Assist with pre-construction planning, project kick-offs, and progress meetings.
Review project documentation to ensure alignment with approved plans and specifications.
Monitor water, utility, and infrastructure installations from initiation through final completion.
Identify risks, proactively resolve issues, and escalate concerns where appropriate.
Prepare project updates and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice development processes.
What We're Looking For
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Land Development, Surveying, or a related discipline preferred.
Associate degree, technical qualification, or equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
Minimum 5 years' experience within site development, land development, civil construction, engineering, or a related field.
Understanding of site infrastructure including utilities, drainage, grading, roadways, and permitting processes.
Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Procore, or similar project management platforms is advantageous.
Professional Engineering (PE) licence is beneficial but not essential.
Valid driver's licence required.
Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
