A growing and well-respected engineering and consulting firm is seeking a Construction Administration Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex building restoration projects across South Florida. This position offers the opportunity to work on prestigious waterfront condominium towers, collaborating with owners, contractors, architects, and engineering teams throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction administration activities on luxury high-rise residential restoration projects.
- Serve as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, architects, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Review RFIs, contractor submittals, shop drawings, material substitutions, and change orders.
- Conduct routine site visits to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with project documents.
- Prepare field observation reports, meeting minutes, punch lists, and project records.
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams to resolve construction-related issues.
- Attend and lead project progress meetings with clients and contractors.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and milestone deliverables.
- Manage project closeout activities, final inspections, and turnover documentation.
- Support client relationship management and business development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in construction administration, project management, owner's representative services, or construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building systems, contract documentation, and project delivery.
- Experience reviewing RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and change orders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Experience working within the Florida construction market is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on high-rise residential, hospitality, mixed-use, healthcare, multifamily, or commercial projects.
- Knowledge of Florida Building Code requirements and local permitting processes.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, or EIT are advantageous.
