Project Controls Engineer
Seeking a detail-oriented engineer to support project execution across automation and industrial integration initiatives. This role focuses on scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking for complex technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
Track budgets, forecasts, and actual costs across multiple active projects.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to ensure timely execution.
Generate progress reports and performance metrics for internal and client stakeholders.
Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project controls within industrial automation or manufacturing.
Proficiency in project management software and Excel-based cost tracking.
PLC programming experience with Rockwell Automation (Studio 5000, RSLogix).
Robotics integration using FANUC or ABB platforms.
Familiarity with machine vision systems such as Cognex or Keyence.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Hands-on experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated systems.
