Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Department Manager to lead our electrical engineering team. This leadership role combines technical expertise, project execution, and team development to ensure exceptional solutions for complex industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Electrical department, including engineers, designers, and support staff.
  • Provide technical leadership and ensure quality across all engineering deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project managers and discipline leads to deliver multi-discipline projects.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical growth and career advancement.
  • Establish and maintain department standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Support client relationships and contribute to business development, including proposals and estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven leadership or department management experience.
  • Background in industrial projects (chemical, manufacturing, pulp & paper, or related sectors).
  • Proficiency in relevant design and simulation software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
