Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Department Manager to lead our electrical engineering team. This leadership role combines technical expertise, project execution, and team development to ensure exceptional solutions for complex industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Electrical department, including engineers, designers, and support staff.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure quality across all engineering deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers and discipline leads to deliver multi-discipline projects.

- Establish and maintain department standards, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Background in industrial projects (chemical, manufacturing, pulp & paper, or related sectors).
