About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee a variety of land development projects, mentor and develop staff, and play a key role in client satisfaction and business growth. This position offers the chance to manage projects profitably, lead quality control efforts, and collaborate on proposals and presentations to win new work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site development projects from start to finish
- Delegate tasks effectively and mentor team members
- Drive client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
- Participate in proposals, presentations, and business development efforts
- Provide technical expertise in site layouts, grading, drainage, permitting, and utility design

Ideal Candidate
- BS in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer license
