About the Role
We are partnering with a growing organisation within the exhibits, experiential, and trade show industry that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its team.
This individual will be responsible for managing client programmes from concept through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the trade show, exhibit, or branded environment space and understand the complexities of delivering projects across multiple events throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple exhibit and event projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and project oversight.
- Build and maintain project timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with design, fabrication, logistics, installation, and show-site teams.
- Manage show services, venue requirements, shipping schedules, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee project documentation, approvals, change orders, and final deliverables.
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify potential challenges and implement proactive solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support long-term client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience within trade shows, exhibits, experiential marketing, branded environments, or live events.
- Strong knowledge of exhibit programmes, event logistics, and show-site execution.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel to industry events and client sites as required.
