About the Opportunity
A growing project controls consultancy is seeking an Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of large-scale data center and semiconductor construction projects in Phoenix, AZ.
This position is designed for someone at the start of their career who wants to develop into a construction scheduling professional. You'll work alongside experienced schedulers and project controls specialists, gaining hands-on exposure to complex, high-value programmes while building a strong foundation in planning and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and maintenance of project schedules
- Support schedule updates, progress tracking, and reporting activities
- Collect and organise project information from site and project teams
- Monitor key milestones, deliverables, and schedule performance
- Participate in planning meetings and project reviews
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and schedule analysis
- Learn industry best practices in scheduling and project controls
- Develop proficiency in Primavera P6 and related planning tools
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in construction, engineering, project controls, scheduling, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or similar preferred
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Interest in building a career in construction scheduling and project controls
- Experience with Primavera P6 is a plus but not required
