What You'll Do
- Lead the design process across complex mixed-use developments.
- Manage and collaborate with leading architectural, engineering, and consultant teams.
- Guide projects through planning, entitlement, design, documentation, and construction phases.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, development, construction, and operations teams.
- Ensure design excellence while balancing schedule, budget, and business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of architecture, design, or development experience.
- Strong background in mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, or large-scale urban developments.
- Experience managing external consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Knowledge of entitlement, zoning, planning, and development processes.
- Architectural licensure preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
