A civil engineering firm in the Puget Sound Region is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead complex site development and infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on industrial work. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed PE to take on a leadership role that blends technical execution with client engagement and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from concept through construction, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment
- Lead coordination with clients, agencies, consultants, and internal teams
- Oversee permitting, design documentation, and construction support
- Contribute to business development through client relationships, proposals, and strategic input
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
Qualifications:
- PE license (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in civil engineering, including industrial site development
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
