Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical
A national general contractor with a long track record in large-scale mission critical work is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex data center and advanced facilities projects across the Southeast.
This is a senior, owner-level seat. You will hold full responsibility for delivery, profitability and client relationships on either one significantly complex project or a portfolio of projects, with the autonomy to make the calls that matter.
What you'll be doing
- Owning project outcomes end to end: budget, schedule, quality and financial performance
- Driving safety leadership on site and setting the standard for the wider team
- Supporting preconstruction through estimating, scope development, bid packages and buyout
- Managing subcontractor selection, contracts, pricing and ongoing risk review
- Coordinating owners, design teams, trade partners and vendors through change management and closeout
- Building and mentoring the project team, including PEs, APMs and field staff
What you'll need
- Bachelor's in construction management, engineering or similar
- 10+ years managing commercial construction projects, mission critical or data center experience strongly preferred
- Proven success running large, technically complex builds
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence leading client conversations
- Comfortable with project management and accounting software
