A well-established multi-discipline consulting firm is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join its Tri-Cities office. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed professional with strong project management experience and technical expertise in civil site development. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys mentoring staff, and values client relationships. You'll work on diverse projects that shape communities across Eastern Washington, including residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and industrial sites.
This is an in-office role in the Tri-Cities area. Must be able to reliably commute Monday-Friday.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor engineering staff
- Serve as a project manager and primary client contact
- Plan, design, and direct all phases of civil engineering projects
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and coordination with other disciplines
- Build and maintain client relationships to support business development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- 10+ years of civil site design, utility design, grading, storm drainage, stormwater management, and erosion/sediment control experience
- 3+ years in a civil consulting role with progressive leadership responsibilities
- Proven project management experience on site development projects (budgets, schedules, client relationships)
- Practical experience with stormwater modeling software (MGS Flood, WWHM, etc.)
- Proficiency in Civil 3D for producing construction documents

- Salary range: $119,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
