Transportation PM & Engineer
A respected Washington-based engineering firm is expanding its transportation department and is seeking a motivated Transportation Engineer to join their team in Federal Way. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage transportation and roadway projects for cities, counties, and public agencies.
- Prepare plans, specifications, estimates, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support permitting, utility coordination, and construction-phase services.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a growing transportation group.
- Ensure compliance with WSDOT and local agency standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in transportation or municipal engineering.
- Washington P.E. license preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with WSDOT or local agency projects is a plus.
