The Opportunity

You will take ownership of a growing civil engineering group, with autonomy to develop the team while leveraging support from experienced leadership and technical specialists across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil/site development projects across multiple stages
- Oversee project schedules, budgets and technical delivery
- Supervise and mentor engineers, supporting progression across the team
- Manage workload allocation, staffing and resource planning
- Maintain existing client relationships and contribute to business development
- Prepare proposals, review RFPs and support work-winning activity
- Ensure quality, compliance and performance across project delivery
- Collaborate with environmental and geotechnical teams to deliver integrated solutions
Technical Scope
- Site development design including grading, drainage and utilities
- Project lifecycle oversight from planning to delivery
- Budget and programme management
- Multidisciplinary coordination
- Exposure to a diverse mix of development-focused projects
What They're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) licence preferred or ability to obtain within ~12 months
- 8+ years of experience within site or land development
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
- Strong client-facing experience and commercial awareness
- Proficiency with Civil 3D
- Interest in leading a discipline and contributing to office growth
