K-12 Sr. Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple K-12 and education-focused projects through planning, design, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, consultant coordination, and overall project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for school districts, public agencies, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor project managers, architects, and technical staff across multiple project teams.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, client expectations, and financial performance goals.
- Collaborate with design leaders to maintain design excellence while delivering technically sound solutions.
- Support proposal efforts, client interviews, and business development activities.
- Lead project planning, contract administration, and consultant management throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 13+ years of experience.
- Experience managing K-12, educational, public-sector, civic, or institutional projects.
- Strong understanding of project delivery, construction documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and consultant coordination.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and familiarity with current project management and collaboration platforms.
- Strong client-facing skills with experience presenting to leadership teams, school districts, and public agencies.
- Architectural registration preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
