Responsibilities
- Lead client engagement and business development efforts within the water resources sector.
- Manage complex technical and regulatory projects from planning through execution.
- Oversee project teams, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Mentor and develop engineering, environmental, and scientific professionals.
- Support proposal development, project pursuits, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Represent the firm at professional meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Hydrology, or a related field.
- Professional licensure preferred.
- 10+ years of consulting experience within water resources, environmental, or infrastructure-related projects.
- Demonstrated success managing projects, developing client relationships, and leading teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills.
