A nationally respected, award winning, design-driven architecture firm is looking to bring on a Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects across healthcare, science & technology, and academic sectors.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage project teams from concept through completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall delivery
- Translate client goals into clear project plans and execution strategies
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful outcomes
- Mentor and support junior staff while fostering a strong team environment
What They're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in architecture
- 4 + years of Project Management experience
- Recent experience in a Project Manager or senior leadership capacity
- Background working on large-scale or complex projects
- Experience in healthcare, science/lab, or higher education projects is a plus
- Strong skills in:
- Client management and communication
- Team leadership and coordination
- Managing budget + schedule simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or related field) required
- Professional licensure preferred
- LEED or sustainability accreditation is a plus
