Civil Project Manager - Land Development

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
A respected civil engineering firm in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join its Land Development team. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful projects in a collaborative, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage land development projects from initial planning through construction.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, scopes of work, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington (Oregon a plus).
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience, including 3+ years in project management.
- Proven ability to manage projects and teams independently.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
