- Managing plumbing and fire protection design projects from proposal development through final project delivery.
- Leading the design of plumbing and fire protection systems for multifamily, commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use developments.
- Supervising and mentoring engineers and designers while providing technical guidance, quality reviews, and project oversight.
- Coordinating closely with mechanical, electrical, structural, fire/life safety, and architectural teams throughout all project phases.
- Managing project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, client communication, invoicing, and overall project performance.
- Conducting site investigations, reviewing field conditions, supporting construction administration activities, and ensuring successful project execution.

- 10+ years of experience designing plumbing and fire protection systems for a variety of building types and project sizes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas, sprinkler, and fire protection system design.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing client relationships.
- Proficiency with Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and industry-standard engineering software.
- Experience working within New York City and the broader Tri-State area regulatory environment.
- PE license strongly preferred.
