Overview
Seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support and lead land development projects across commercial, mixed-use, institutional, residential, and industrial sectors. You'll take ownership of technical design, coordinate with internal teams, and help move projects through entitlement, permitting, and construction.
* Lead site design for grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, stormwater systems, and overall site planning
* Deliver engineering plans, reports, calculations, and specifications with a strong QA/QC mindset
* Coordinate with clients, local agencies, and project stakeholders to advance reviews and approvals
* Manage technical components of projects including schedule updates, task assignments, and quality control
* Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth
* Assist with scoping, cost estimates, and proposal input
* Provide construction‑phase support including RFIs, submittals, and periodic site visits
* Work across commercial, residential, and industrial developments including warehouses, logistics facilities, and manufacturing sites
* BS in Civil Engineering
* 5-12 years of experience in civil site development, including commercial, k-12, healthcare, and industrial projects
* Strong Civil 3D proficiency for grading, corridors, utilities, and plan production
* Experience delivering full‑cycle development projects from due diligence to construction support
* Familiarity with permitting pathways and agency standards
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* EIT required; PE preferred or in progress
