Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 4+ years of structural engineering experience focused on building design.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain licensure in the near term.
  • Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as RISA, RAM, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing construction documents and coordinating with project stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

What Makes This Opportunity Attractive

  • High level of project ownership and direct client interaction.
  • Collaborative, close-knit team environment with accessible leadership.
  • Stable backlog of work with long-standing client relationships throughout the Pacific Northwest.
  • Competitive compensation, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits package.
