Superintendent - Light Industrial Construction - DFW
A well-established commercial and industrial construction organization is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations and oversee projects from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Lead all onsite construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, and daily field operations.
- Maintain project quality standards and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Partner with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers to resolve issues and drive project success.
- Conduct job-site meetings, enforce safety standards, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution projects.
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- OSHA knowledge and a strong commitment to job-site safety.
- Willingness to travel as project needs require.
