  • Review technical documentation, equipment selections, and vendor proposals.
  • Contribute to development of engineering standards, best practices, and technical resources.

Leadership & Mentorship Responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior technical mentor to process, applications, and project engineers.
  • Support development of engineering talent through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead technical reviews and provide guidance on complex treatment applications.
  • Help drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence.
  • Serve as a trusted technical resource across multiple project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Significant experience in industrial water, wastewater, water reuse, desalination, or related treatment processes.
  • Strong understanding of process design, hydraulic calculations, membrane systems, treatment chemistry, and equipment selection.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, and technical reports.
  • Proven ability to support complex projects from concept development through implementation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively leading and mentoring technical teams.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a technically accomplished water professional seeking a highly visible leadership role with the ability to influence project success, guide engineering teams, and shape future treatment solutions across a diverse range of applications.
