The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Project Manager (PE) to oversee the delivery of complex treatment projects nationwide. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile programs while playing a meaningful role in regional growth initiatives and leadership succession.
Engineers who demonstrate strong project leadership, client confidence, and technical depth will have a clear path toward senior leadership and regional oversight roles as part of a formal succession and growth strategy.
This position offers a high degree of flexibility, including remote work, while remaining fully integrated into a collaborative national project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of water treatment facilities and process-focused infrastructure projects
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality assurance processes
- Serve as the primary client interface, building and maintaining trusted relationships
- Oversee and mentor project teams, supporting technical development and delivery excellence
- Review and approve engineering calculations, technical reports, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with internal disciplines, external partners, and regulatory agencies
- Support business development efforts through technical leadership and client engagement
- Contribute to regional growth planning and long-term leadership development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline
- Proven experience managing water treatment or process engineering projects
- Strong technical knowledge of treatment technologies, regulations, and design standards
- Demonstrated project leadership and client-facing experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and mentoring skills
