An established utility construction contractor is seeking a Substation Project Manager to lead electrical infrastructure projects throughout the region. This role offers the opportunity to oversee critical power projects, work closely with field teams and clients, and drive successful project execution from start to finish.

* Managing substation construction projects from planning through completion
* Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and financial performance
* Coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and project resources
* Maintaining client relationships and providing project updates
* Ensuring safety, quality, and contract compliance
The Substation Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
* 1-3+ years of project management experience in utility construction
* Experience managing project budgets and schedules
* Knowledge of substation, transmission, or distribution projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Bachelor's degree preferred; union experience is a plus
