KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities
Develop and maintain the project schedule
Coordinate subcontractors, drawings, and specifications
Manage budgets and monitor costs
Analyze and address cost variances
Identify and mitigate project risks
Communicate quality expectations to vendors and subcontractors
Perform regular quality control inspections
Enforce safety protocols and comply with OSHA standards
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Complete daily timekeeping for supervised personnel
Maintain accurate daily logs of site activities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Basic proficiency with computers is preferred
