General Superintendent - Mission Critical
We're partnering with a growing general contractor that's scaling its mission critical business across the Southeast. They're looking for a General Superintendent based in Atlanta to lead field operations on large data center projects across the region.
This is a senior field leadership role. You'll own the jobsite from preconstruction through turnover, lead superintendents and trade partners, and help shape how the business delivers mission critical work as it grows.
What you'll do
- Lead field operations on mission critical and data center projects across the Southeast
- Manage and mentor a team of superintendents and assistant superintendents
- Drive schedule, safety, quality, and productivity across multiple sites
- Coordinate MEP sequencing, utility tie-ins, and power-on milestones
- Work with commissioning teams through L1-L5 and project turnover
- Build strong relationships with owners, owner reps, design teams, and subcontractors
- Plan crew sizes and site logistics before work starts on site
What you'll bring
- 15+ years in commercial construction, including recent mission critical or data center experience
- A track record as a General Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on $100M+ projects
- Strong grasp of MEP-heavy builds, critical power, and cooling systems
- Experience running multiple superintendents or concurrent projects
- OSHA 30 required
- Willingness to travel across the Southeast as projects require
