The Role
As Branch Manager in Tampa, you'll:
Lead geotechnical operations and manage a growing team of engineers, PMs, and techs.
Act as the client face and technical lead on major infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects.
Shape the direction of the office, driving both performance and culture.

Ideal Background:
Florida PE license (or ability to obtain quickly)
8+ years in geotechnical engineering, with project and/or people management
Strong client presence and technical command
Tampa or broader Central Florida market knowledge is a plus
